Yash Ahluwalia is a third-year nursing student at the University of Ottawa with a passion for sports, writing and storytelling. He primarily enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He has been a die-hard supporter of Chelsea football club since 2005. Growing up, he admired basketball greats, Kobe Bryant and Stephen Curry, whose tenacious work ethic and unfathomable creativity inspire him daily.
Whenever he has free time, he catches up on his favourite anime, One Piece (the greatest story of all time) or rewatches his favourite movie, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, a modern masterpiece in animation. He is the proud writer and creator of this website, yashwrites.com, where he explores topics such as resilience, pressure and purpose. And so, he embarked on a journey through Digital Media 1 to enhance his blog writing capabilities.
